    Kala has been a preschool teacher, school age leader and an assistant director. In addition to being center director, she is Area Trainer and Peer Leader. Kala is a graduate of Judson College with her degrees in Psychology and Sociology and she has her teaching certificate. She has been a validator for the National Association for the Education of Young Children and is a strong advocate for issues affecting children. She is a source of inspiration for teachers and enjoys partnering with families to provide the best educational environment for the children in her center.

    Linda Allen joined the KinderCare family in 1991 at Westcreek KinderCare in Fort Worth, Texas. She was Prekindergarten teacher, private kindergarten teacher, center trainer and a member of the management team. She transferred to Hoover KinderCare in 1996, were she has worked in the discovery preschool, preschool, prekindergarten and school age classroom. She was also center trainer, program specialist and a member of management. Linda truly believes that as teachers we should create a classroom environment the encourage children to explore, create, and develop their independence and love of learning.
